With 17 hectares of sheltered harbour waterways leading directly into Port Phillip Bay, there’s plenty of fishing, cruising and sporting fun to be had on the water, you’ll also have all the delights of the Mornington Peninsula at your doorstep. This includes the seaside towns of Portsea and Sorrento, the stunning beaches, impressive golf courses and the spectacular wineries the region is famous for.
